Winki ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Winki mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around that data.

- Delivery addresses — addresses you save for delivery
- Order history — items ordered, order status, and timestamps
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details
- Conversations — messages with our AI ordering assistant, Hunter, to process and fulfil your orders
How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your orders
- To communicate with you about your orders and account
- To improve the Winki service
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Supabase — for secure data storage
- Delivery personnel, solely to fulfil your order
Data Retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Children's Privacy
Winki is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
